I just wanted to send you a quick thank you for all your efforts on our behalf in the sale of our home in New Brighton May 2010. We know our house was a difficult one because of the swimming pool and $450,000 price point, but you managed through your marketing efforts to overcome these obstacles and get the job done. All of our friends & family members were very taken with the High -Definition virtual tour you put together, which was top notch all the way. Your willingness to have as many open houses as we were willing to put up with also had positive results. You attracted at least 2 other buyers who probably would have made an offer on our home once they sold their existing house. It’s nice when negotiating to know there are other buyers out there, even if they’re not immediately ready to purchase. We’ve sold other properties in the past and I can’t think of any of them that were as well advertised as our home in New Brighton. A lot of listing agents talk the talk when it comes to spending money advertising but I have to say that you also walk the walk.You managed to get lots of bodies through our house during a time that many experts consider the worst market in a generation or more.
